Services Speak to the Service Manager direct - at the branch.Our Service Engineers attend customers with Contracts first. Scheduled Visits Periodically at agreed intervals our local Service Engineer will call and check that your equipment is performing accurately to specification. He will also carry out a programme of scheduled work to minimise the possibility of problems in the future. Calibration Calibration Certificates are available. All our engineers use test weights traceable to national standards. We are also accredited by UKAS for on-site calibration and are members of the UK Weighing Federation. Workshop Repairs Most servicing is done on site, but some repairs need to be done in the workshop. These can be carried out in our modern fully equipped workshop facilities in Glasgow, Manchester, London, Slough and Dewsbury by our highly skilled engineers. Flexibility We can offer flexibility on Service Contracts to meet your exact requirements - National Multi-site-monthly, quarterly, yearly visits - calibration for EN 9001 - or QS9000. |
